Allmänt
HBC tillhandahåller specialväskor, flightcase och racksystem samt ett brett sortiment av beslag och tillbehör till dess kunder (nedan kallad Kund). Kund kan vara antingen privatperson över arton år eller företag, organisationer och offentliga institutioner.
Priser och avgifter
Gällande produktpris inklusive moms är det pris som vid beställningen framgår på webshopen.
Fraktavgifter vid leverans inom Sverige
Fraktklass 1: (Totalt ordervärde 300 kr- 4000 kr) 250 kr
Fraktklass 2: (Totalt ordervärde 4001 kr- 8000 kr) 650 kr
Fraktklass 3: (Totalt ordervärde 8001 kr+) 1000 kr

Beställning
Bindande avtal uppkommer när HBC per e-post bekräftat beställningen. HBC reserverar sig för slutförsäljning av beställd produkt.
Betalning
Betalning sker via Klarna Checkout.
Leverans
Leverans sker normalt med paket eller på pall, levereras direkt från vår fabrik till din dörr. Av HBC angivna leveranstider avser leverans från vårt lager senast angiven vecka/ dag. Alla leveranser sker fritt vår fabrik i Haparanda.
Ångerrätt
Privatkund har rätt att ångra ett köp inom fjorton dagar från det datum varan mottagits. Kund som vill åberopa ångerrätt ska meddela HBC inom ångerfristen genom att ringa telefon 0922-14690. Kund ska återsända varan till HBC utan dröjsmål. Vid utnyttjandet av ångerrätten står Kund för
kostnaderna för återsändandet av varorna. Ångerrätten gäller ej varor från vår Outlet-butik samt kundanpassade varor.
Reklamation och Garanti
Om Kund mottar en skadad produkt eller om försändelsen försvunnit under transporten ska Kund
meddela fraktbolag. Eventuella produkter behäftade med material- och/eller fabrikationsfel repareras kostnadsfritt. Kopia
av inköpshandling skall bifogas. Hjul omfattas ej av någon garanti. HBCs garantiansvar avser inte fel, som är beroende av material som tillhandahållits av köpare eller som är beroende av en av köparen föreskriven konstruktion. Kontakt sker via e-post info@hbc.se eller telefon 0922-14690

Holmberg Cases designs, manufactures and supplies special bags, flight cases, and rack systems that fully satisfy our customers’ requirements for function and design.
To achieve this, we have a wide range of fittings and accessories available.
We also import, distribute and sell components for the manufacture of special cases and flight cases, as well as items from our main suppliers’ product ranges that fit in our range.
The vast majority of the flight cases we manufacture are unique units that are designed based on customer specifications.
We start with the customer’s products and wishes, add our many years of experience and present a solution of HBC quality.
Working in a CAD environment is natural for our day-to-day work, as is our internal quality system which guides each query or order so they are handled in the same way every time.
In order to meet our high requirements for the end product, we ensure that we always use machinery that makes it possible to achieve our goal rationally. We use CNC technology, automatic rivet machines, modern aluminium saws and special machinery for interior materials to manufacture products that withstand heavy handling.
The same consideration to quality also applies with regard to our suppliers and their products. Most of the aluminium profiles we use were specially designed for us, as were a large number of the hardware.

Personal data are registered in our business system and processed exclusively by HBC.
HBC does not save personal data for any longer than necessary with consideration to the purpose for which they are collected. You can inform us that we need to change or delete data in our register at any time.
