The aim is to develop appropriate measures and proposals to address the needs of the asylum seekers, whether this involves one or two different types of asylum seekers.

We are working on the development of tools and selection processes, and over the past few years we have developed measures that have often been considered classic and that are relevant today.

In the following section, we will be discussing a number of short-term measures that fulfil the requirements set out in the Treaty of Rome.

In addition to these, we also have the opportunity to look at peripheral issues in a different way.
