These terms and conditions apply to purchases at Holmberg Cases Sweden AB 556433-1048 (hereinafter referred to as HBC) via our webshop www.hbc.se/webshop
General
HBC provides specialised cases, flight cases and rack systems as well as a wide range of fittings and accessories to its customers (hereinafter referred to as 'Customer'). Customers can be either private individuals over the age of eighteen or companies, organisations and public institutions.
Prices and fees
The applicable product price including VAT is the price shown on the webshop when the order is placed.
Shipping fees for delivery within Sweden
Shipping class 1: (Total order value £300-£4000) £250
Shipping class 2: (Total order value 4001 SEK - 8000 SEK) 650 SEK
Shipping class 3: (Total order value £8001+) £1000
Order values below SEK 300 will not be dispatched via hbc.se/webshop, contact telephone 0922-14690 or e-mail info@hbc.se.

Order
A binding contract arises when HBC confirms the order by e-mail. HBC reserves the right to final sale of the ordered product.
Payment
Payment is made via Klarna Checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is normally by parcel or pallet, delivered directly from our factory to your door. Delivery times quoted by HBC refer to delivery from our warehouse no later than the specified week/day. All deliveries are free of charge from our factory in Haparanda.
Right of cancellation
Private customers have the right to cancel a purchase within fourteen days from the date the goods are received. Customers who wish to invoke the right of cancellation must notify HBC within the cancellation period by calling 0922-14690. The customer must return the goods to HBC without delay. When exercising the right of cancellation, the Customer is responsible for
the cost of returning the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods from our Outlet store and customised goods.
Complaints and guarantees
If the Customer receives a damaged product or if the consignment is lost during transport, the Customer must

HBC's warranty liability does not apply to defects that are dependent on materials provided by the buyer or that are dependent on a design prescribed by the buyer. Personal data processing takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). HBC registers personal data when the Customer orders in our web shop. Holmberg Cases designs, manufactures and supplies special bags, flight cases, and rack systems that fully satisfy our customers’ requirements for function and design.
To achieve this, we have a wide range of fittings and accessories available.
We also import, distribute and sell components for the manufacture of special cases and flight cases, as well as items from our main suppliers’ product ranges that fit in our range.
The vast majority of the flight cases we manufacture are unique units that are designed based on customer specifications.
We start with the customer’s products and wishes, add our many years of experience and present a solution of HBC quality.
Working in a CAD environment is natural for our day-to-day work, as is our internal quality system which guides each query or order so they are handled in the same way every time.
In order to meet our high requirements for the end product, we ensure that we always use machinery that makes it possible to achieve our goal rationally. We use CNC technology, automatic rivet machines, modern aluminium saws and special machinery for interior materials to manufacture products that withstand heavy handling.
The same consideration to quality also applies with regard to our suppliers and their products. Most of the aluminium profiles we use were specially designed for us, as were a large number of the hardware.
